  1. For churma mix wheat flour,5 spoon clarified butter and lukewarm water in a bowl and knead a hard dough
  2. Divide the dough into small portions and press between palms
  3. Deep fry in hot clarified butter and let it cool
  4. Grind into a fine powder and mix powdered sugar in it
  5. For dal soak all pulses for 1/2 hour
  6. Put it in a cooker with 2 cup water,salt,turmeric powder,clove and cardamom.
  7. Close the lid and cook for 3 whistles
