- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp amchur
- 1 papad roasted
- as needed Oil
Instructions to make to make Full platter
- Boil daal by adding salt turmeric and chopped tomatoes.
- Make tadka heat oil add cumin seeds heeng when it crackle add red chilli mix in daal... ready daal.
- Boil rice for 15 mn then when it cooks strain water.
- Add oil in kadai add heeng cumin seeds when it crackle add boil potatoes now add all spices.
- Add oil and heat add chopped onion fry it add peas then soya chunks add carrot and potatoes.fry well add ginger garlic.
- When it cooks add chopped tomatoes and all spices.mix well...
