- Now add the crushed raw turmeric in water. Instead of raw turmeric you can use 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder also but raw turmeric is much more healthy.

- Add black pepper powder, nutmeg powder, Cinnamon powder, grated Ginger, and Sendha Namak.

- Bring the mixture to a boil
- Now take the cups and seive the tea.
